Platform Reliability

Uptime SLA: We guarantee a 99.9% platform uptime for our core hiring workflow services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

Financial & Operational Integrity

MSA Enforcement: All commercial engagements are governed by a digital Master Service Agreement (MSA), ensuring clear, transparent, and legally binding terms for our Outcome-Based Model.

GST Compliance (India): We are a registered entity under the Goods and Services Tax regime. All payouts to Talent Partners are processed against valid GST invoices, and our own invoicing is fully compliant.

Ethical Recruitment

We mandate that all Talent Partners on our platform obtain explicit candidate consent before submission and prohibit the submission of duplicate or fraudulent profiles. Our Quality Assurance workflow is designed to uphold these standards.
