  • From Clients: Business email, company name, industry, size, escalation matrix, and job description details.
  • From Talent Partners: Business credentials, KYC documents (Company Registration, GST), banking details, and escalation matrix.
  • From Candidates (submitted by Partners): Resume/CV, contact info, employment history, salary expectations, and questionnaire responses. We obtain candidate consent before processing.
  • Automatically: Usage data, IP addresses, and device information via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

  • Operate the Platform (job posting, candidate matching, quality checks).
  • Facilitate the hiring workflow and encrypted communication between Clients and Partners.
  • Process outcome-based payments and commissions.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR & Relevant Laws)

  • Contractual Necessity: To execute the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and facilitate hiring.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with tax, accounting, and employment laws.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • Between Platform Users: Candidate profiles are shared with Clients via approved Talent Partners. Communication is logged within the encrypted system.
  • With Service Providers: Trusted vendors for hosting, payment processing, and analytics (under strict data protection agreements).
  • For Legal Reasons: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.
